Your release went offline on Spotify. You will know in minutes, not days.

LabelSentry watches every release of your roster and alerts you in Slack, Discord or by email when a track goes offline, a release changes, or something appears on a profile that should not be there.

No Spotify login needed. No passwords. Cancel monthly.

All

Spotify does not tell you when your catalog breaks.

A release goes offline.

A distributor plan lapses, a copyright claim hits, a delivery fails. Fans see greyed-out tracks, and playlists skip them.

A collaboration disappears.

Your artist is featured on someone else's release. When that release goes offline, the track goes with it, and nobody tells you.

Something lands on the wrong profile.

A stranger's release shows up on your artist's page, under a name that only looks the same.

Most teams find out from a fan, a curator or a royalty statement, days later.

Takedowns

Offline caught in minutes, not days.

When a release or a single track goes offline, you get an alert with the full tracklist. Before a fan writes to tell you your song is gone.

  • Releases and single tracks, collaborations included
  • Confirmed twice before you get an alert
  • And the all-clear as soon as everything is back

Reliable

Fast enough to act on. Calm enough to trust.

60 s

shortest check interval

Every 30 minutes to every minute, depending on the plan. New releases get their own extra check.

2×

confirmed

Every change is checked a second time before you hear anything. A brief hiccup does not set off an alarm.

0

Spotify logins we ask for

You never hand over a password or access to your Spotify or distributor accounts.

How it works

Set it up once. Then we keep watch.

From the first artist to the first alert takes a few minutes, and there is nothing to install.

Questions we actually get.

Do you need my Spotify or distributor login?
No. You never give us a password or access to your Spotify or distributor accounts. Adding an artist takes a search for their name, nothing more.
How is this different from Spotify for Artists or Chartmetric?
Those show how your numbers grow. LabelSentry tells you when something breaks: a release goes offline, a track disappears with a collaboration, a release turns up on the wrong profile. It does not replace your analytics, it watches what they do not.
Who is behind LabelSentry?
An independent software business from Germany, not an agency or a distributor. Every support email is read and answered by the people who build the product. The full company details are in the imprint.
What if monitoring stops working?
We watch our checks around the clock and are alerted as soon as they fail, fall behind or return errors, and we fix it. If changes may have gone unnoticed for a while, we tell you by email and on the status page which period was affected.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans run month to month with no minimum term, and you cancel in your billing settings in a few clicks. The free plan simply stays free.

Your first artist is connected in a few minutes.

Free, no credit card. More artists or a team? Switch whenever you like, cancel monthly.
