Export your data or delete your account

Export your data

Open Security and choose Request export under Export. We put together everything we hold about you as a ZIP file and email you a download link. The link works for 24 hours.

Delete your account

Open Security and choose Remove under Delete this account. You have three days to change your mind; monitoring keeps running until then. To keep your account, choose Cancel the deletion before that. After that, your artists, history and API keys are gone.

If you own an organization with other members, hand it over first. See Organizations. Invoices are kept as long as the law requires, without the rest of your data.
