Releases

Releases lists every release of every watched artist with its tracks, UPC, ISRCs, label and whether it is online. It is a beta: it appears in the sidebar once your organization takes part. See The beta program.

Proofs of rights

On Pro and Business you can note proofs of rights on a release: a contract, a license or a split sheet, with its end date. Before a proof runs out, we email you.

From those proofs LabelSentry builds a folder you can hand to a distributor or to Spotify when you need to show a release is yours, for example after a takedown.

Which releases are watched

The newest releases of each artist, as many as your plan allows: 50 on Free up to 1,000 on Business. Older ones are not fetched. See How monitoring works.
