Remi, the assistant

Remi answers questions about your own catalog in plain words: which changes are still open, how many listeners an artist has, where alerts go or how something in LabelSentry works. Remi is a beta: it appears for organizations taking part, as the round character at the bottom right of the dashboard. Open it with a click or with ⌘J (Ctrl J on Windows).

Before the first question

Each person agrees once. The window says what happens to your questions: Remi is an AI chatbot, and your questions and the data needed to answer them are processed for us by Mistral AI, on servers in the EU, and conversations are deleted 30 days after the last message. You can withdraw the consent at any time in the window's menu, which deletes your conversations at once. Details are in the privacy policy.

What Remi can do

• Answer from your artists, changes, plan and, where your organization has it, the statistics.
• Explain LabelSentry from these help pages.
• Propose to create an alert rule, to pause or resume one, or to mark changes as resolved. Each proposal is a card with every field. Nothing happens until you choose Confirm, and a proposal is valid for ten minutes.

Remi only does what your role allows, and what it carried out appears in the organization's activity as Remi, with the person who confirmed it.

Questions per month

The questions are shared by the organization and start again on the first of each month. A question that gets no answer is not counted.

Switching it off

The owner can switch Remi off for every member under Organization.
