Cancel your plan

Under Billing

The owner opens Billing, chooses Open the billing portal and cancels there. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then the organization moves to Free. Artists beyond Free's limit are paused, not removed.

With the cancellation form

You can also cancel without signing in, with the form at Cancel your contract. Enter your name, email and the invoice number. You get a confirmation by email that you can keep.

An extraordinary cancellation, effective at once, is checked by our team, who answer you by email.
