The beta program
New features reach a few organizations first. What a beta is, which betas exist and how to take part.
Updated October 17, 2026
Some features start as a beta for a few organizations before everyone gets them. A beta works fully, but may still change.
Current betas:
| Beta | What it does |
|---|---|
| Releases | Every release with its record, proofs of rights and a folder for distributors. |
| Statistics | Plays, listeners and followers over time, and plays per song. |
| Profile integrity | Asks whether a new release belongs on the profile at all. |
| ISRC scanner | Looks for your ISRCs elsewhere on Spotify. |
| Name watch | Watches for new profiles using your artist's name. |
| Play count anomalies | Flags play counts that move in ways a release does not explain. |
When your organization takes part, Beta program appears in the menu under your name with a dot for anything new. To ask for a beta, write to [email protected].
